Domestic Couple

A private couple seeks a versatile and dedicated domestic couple to assist with various household and property-related tasks. The ideal candidates will be cheerful, kind, and willing to learn new skills as needed.  The position offers a competitive salary with accommodation provided.

About the Family
Adults: 2
Home SQFT: 1 acre waterfront property. Main home is 3,000 SQFT and guest house is 1,250 SQFT.

Position Responsibilities

• General housekeeping duties, including daily upkeep of the household
• Assisting with cooking daily meals, serving and clean-up
• Running errands, including weekly grocery shopping and other errands as needed
• Taking care of laundry and light household tasks
• Basic handyman tasks around the property
• Basic gardening tasks
• Driving the principals 
• Property caretaking duties, performing routine maintenance tasks
• Providing companionship and support to the household members
• Assisting with any additional tasks or needs as they arise

Position Requirements
Work Hours: M-F 9am – 5pm
Languages: English
Experience:  3-5 years of experience in a similar role 
References: Minimum of 2 References
Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
Personality Traits: someone who is quiet, discreet, warm, good natured, conscientious
Position Compensation
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 yearly 
Living Accommodations: Live in or Live out (Private guest house)
