Private Service Jobs is a job listing platform offering job seekers, private employers, and agencies a tailored approach to finding and offering the best career opportunities in the private service industry.

If you’re a private employer or a domestic staffing agency, we have two, all-in-one pricing structures available. Please see our Pricing Plans for more detail. 

Private Service Jobs is completely free to use for job seekers.

There is no account creation required to post your job opening. 

Private Service Jobs offers Domestic Staffing Agencies a subscription option that does require account creation and verification.

Job Seekers are not required to create an account at any time. 

To post a new listing with Private Service Jobs, visit our Post a Job page and complete the new job entry and payment form. 

If you already have an account with us, be sure to login before you post new jobs as we pre-fill some form details to save you time. 

Agency members are required to login prior to posting new jobs after your first job posting to engage your subscription credit. 

All job listings appear on Private Service Jobs for 45 days from their respective publish date. 

Some jobs, such as new Employer and Agency listings, are subject to approval before they appear on this site. Your 45 day listing duration will begin when the job is published, regardless of when you submitted it for approval. 

Editing your job does not modify its 45 day duration. Job listings may not be extended or renewed. 

Absolutely! At this time, we currently offer auto-publication from CATSone. 

We are always seeking to improve our service integration, and encourage you to contact us about connecting your ATS. 

A one-time service estimate will be provided to complete your integration that aligns with the scope of work required. This estimate is free of charge. 

No. Think of Private Service Jobs as a targeted introduction service. When you list a job with us, you provide a link directly to your intake application form/page/process. We do not know who applies to your jobs, nor do we ask for or store any job related information from job seekers.

My Account

Post a new job and select YES when prompted to create an account. That’s it! 

We will email you a confirmation of your account creation. Once established, you may login to your dashboard and continue working with and posting new jobs. 

New Agency Accounts are subject to verification before any new job postings will appear in our listings. 

In your Account Dashboard, you will find a record of all your transactions with Private Service Jobs under “Billing”. 

To view this screen, click the “Actions” button at the top-left of the screen, and choose “Billing” from the yellow Account Dashboard navigation. 

Please note that these receipts may or may not entirely reflect your final completed status on each charge. In these cases, please refer to your personal receipt from Stripe at the time of your purchase. To correct any discrepancies or dispute charges, please contact us.

Private Service Jobs does not store your billing details.

Absolutely! In your Job Listings Account dashboard, simply click the “Upgrade Listing” button on the job you’d like to promote to Featured. Complete the resulting checkout form and your listing will be instantly upgraded. 

In your Job Listings Account dashboard, simply click the “Delete” link located under the job title you would like to remove, and confirm the prompt to delete. 

Certainly. The statistics we track on your job listing are a. The unique number of times your job detail page has been viewed, and b. The unique number of times the Apply button for the job has been clicked. 

You can view these numbers with every job row on the Job Listings Account dashboard.

Please note: Due to GDPR and California regulations, some site visitors may opt-out of cookies we use to track these numbers. 

You can not renew an expired job listing. To keep our searches fresh, we ask that you simply re-list an expired job as a new job. 

You may update your member profile in your account dashboard. Click the “Actions” button at the top left of the screen, and choose “Profile” from the Account Dashboard navigation. 

For Agencies

Sure! We encourage you to take advantage of our subscription rate allowing you unlimited job postings, but if you need just one – simply choose “Employer” rather than Agency and complete the rest of the new job form. 

We offer a subscription rate for Domestic Staffing Agencies. This rate allows unlimited standard job posts on our site for one low monthly price. 

Our subscription plan is not pro-rated and can be cancelled at any time.

Private Service Jobs believes agencies don’t profit from having multiple candidate accounts to manage. So, we don’t offer one. Our end-goal for agency members is to integrate with an existing ATS system of your choice to be a true hands-off niche recruitment tool. 

Without a dedicated ATS, we suggest utilizing a third-party solution like Indeed that does offer job management/resume capture tools.

At this time, we do not offer multiple logins to manage one account. We may implement this feature in the future if the demand arises, however we do not currently restrict login to a single device. Your team is welcome to share the same login and post on your behalf. 

Yes, We do not sell advertising on Private Service Jobs. However, we seek to build relationships in the industry and very much welcome your partnership. To learn more about adding your logo and link on our site, please contact us

Contact us directly and we will end your recurring subscription charge. Our Agency Subscription is not pro-rated.

No. We do not keep any personal information from Job Seekers on our site that have not opted-in to our job alerts or newsletter.

For Job Seekers

No. You are free to search our job listings. Application to any job occurs at the point of intake provided by the Employer or Agency. 

No. Our job alerts and newsletter are an opt-in agreement and no account creation is required. You may opt-out at any time.

By subscribing to our email job alerts, you agree to receive emails from us containing information about new job postings. We will use your email address to send you a weekly digest of the latest job opportunities in the category you select. We will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent. You may unsubscribe from our job alerts at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email you receive from us.
