Full-Time Live-In Nanny/Family Assistant – Raleigh, NC

Location: Raleigh, NC


Start Date: ASAP but flexible for the right candidate


Position Type: Full-Time, Live-In


Schedule: Flexible 60+ hours/week (includes early mornings and evenings as needed)


Compensation: $105,000–$125,000 (Depending on Experience)


PTO: 4 Weeks Paid Vacation


Health Insurance: $500/Month Stipend


Travel: Required – International travel to Greece (8 weeks in summer)


Accommodations: Private Bedroom, Private Bathroom, Walk-in Closet in Nanny Suite


Vehicle: Family minivan provided for all work-related use


Other Staff: Full-Time Housekeeper + Weekly Cleaning Team

A dynamic and loving family of six in beautiful Raleigh, NC is seeking a professional and experienced Live-In Nanny/Family Assistant to join their home long-term. This position is ideal for a proactive, fast-paced individual who takes pride in their work, loves supporting children’s development, and is ready to become an essential part of a family’s day-to-day life.

The parents are hands-on and intentional, with a structured yet flexible Montessori-inspired approach to raising their children. They are looking for a team player who is aligned with their values and can help provide comfort, stability, and consistency for their children.

Ideal Candidate

• Legal to work in the U.S.

• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally

• Prior live-in nanny experience in a similar high-energy household

• Confident driver with a clean record

• Organized, flexible, reliable, and high-energy

• Comfortable with children of all ages, especially toddlers and school-aged children

• Excellent communicator who takes initiative and receives feedback with grace

• Pet-friendly and comfortable, helping care for a dog

• Willing to take part in daily routines, from childcare to light household errands.
• Spanish speaking is a huge plus as the live-in housekeeper is Spanish speaking.

Responsibilities

• Full care of four children, including daily routines and transitions

• Support with meals and snacks (some meal prep and cooking)

• Reinforce household rules and encourage follow-through on responsibilities

• Organize children’s spaces, belongings, and clothing

• Manage children’s laundry

• Drive children to and from school and activities

• Run errands (groceries, post office, dry cleaning, returns, etc.)

• Travel with the family (domestic and international, including 8-week trip to Greece over the summer)

• Light tidying and general upkeep related to the children
