What You’ll Do:

• Champion the guest experience and lead by example in delivering Carolina Hospitality

• Hire, coach, and mentor a high-performing front and back-of-house management team

• Drive financial performance by managing sales, costs, and operational efficiencies

• Ensure all safety, legal, and operational standards are met and exceeded

• Implement local and national marketing strategies to increase restaurant visibility and traffic
