Nanny (June Start-Date)

Private Family Seeking Professional Nanny – North Shore, Long Island

A warm and private family on the North Shore of Long Island is looking for a dedicated, career-oriented Nanny to join their household. This is a long-term position for a professional who is passionate about child development and early education.

The Ideal Candidate:

We seek an experienced, proactive, and engaging Nanny who will provide attentive care and educational activities for a toddler. The role includes daily routines such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and organizing enriching play and learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have a background in education or early childhood development, bringing more than basic babysitting skills to the role.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM, plus at least two Saturdays per month (a weekday off may be taken in place of a Saturday)

• Childcare: Sole focus on one toddler, fostering learning and development

• Household Duties: Light housekeeping related to the child, including laundry and meal preparation

• Travel: Domestic travel required

• Driving: Preferred but not required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional nanny experience

• Strong references demonstrating long-term commitment to previous families

• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $35–$38 per hour, depending on experience

• Accommodation: Live-Out or Live-In

• Vacation: Two weeks paid vacation
