About The Family:
This caring family based in Ardmore, PA, is looking for a dedicated and compassionate full-time tutor for their friendly and spirited 16-year-old daughter who has a developmental difference. They value kindness, creativity, and education, and we hope to find someone who truly enjoys working with children.

The Ideal Candidate: 
Are you a patient and imaginative individual who loves children? If so, you may be the perfect fit for this family! The ideal tutor will have a passion for learning and a gentle spirit, enabling them to create a nurturing environment for their daughter. A clean driving record and safe driving skills are essential as you will be responsible for transporting her.

Position Responsibilities:
– Transportation: Pick up their daughter from her home in Ardmore and drive her to school in New Jersey.  
– In-School Support: Remain at school during the day to assist her in staying focused and thriving in her educational environment.  
– After-School Activities: On two days a week, take their daughter to her after-school activities, including a reading class and a music class.  
– Return Transportation: Safely drive her back home after the school day ends.

What Works Best for Our Family: 
This family is seeking someone who can commit to this role for the long-term (3+ years) and who is available for a full-time schedule with some flexibility. They are offering a competitive pay rate of $25-$35 per hour based on experience. 

Position Requirements:
– Work Hours: Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 3:30 PM (Two days will be later hours). 
– Education: A strong educational background is preferred.  
– Experience: Prior experience working with children, especially those with developmental differences, is highly valued. Must work well with others as you will be working closely with her teachers.  
– References: Candidates should provide a minimum of two references.  
– Background Check: A background check will be conducted upon a contingent offer of hire.
