Warm and welcoming private family looking to hire a Full-Time Nanny in Cincinnati,

• Salary: $25-30/hr+ (DOE), 40 hours/week

A warm and welcoming family in Cincinnati is seeking a dedicated, experienced nanny to provide loving care for their toddler and newborn (due in late October). The position is primarily childcare-focused, but the ideal candidate will also assist with household tasks such as running errands, keeping the children's spaces tidy, and handling kids' laundry. The family values proactivity, especially in engaging their toddler with enriching activities, outdoor play, and developmental experiences. While travel is minimal, the nanny should be comfortable with occasional domestic and possible international trips, typically lasting a few days to a week. 

The ideal candidate is an experienced, career nanny who has worked long-term with families and has experience with newborns and toddlers. The family prefers someone proactive, who takes initiative in planning activities and outings for their toddler, while also being flexible and willing to assist in household tasks when needed. The right fit is someone with an easygoing, pleasant personality who is comfortable with both parents being present throughout the day. They are open to relocating the right candidate if they have past connections to the area. The family is looking to hire ASAP but is flexible for a summer start date as well.

Position Responsibilities

• Childcare: 2 Children, Ages 22 months and newborn in October
• Housekeeping: Shared Housekeeping Required,
• Cooking: Childrens Meals Only,
• Laundry: Childcren's Laundry
• Errands: Dry Cleaners; Post Office,Etc.
• Driving: Car Available for Position
• Travel: Domestic and Possible International Travel

• Languages: English
• Experience: 4+ Years of Experience
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background: Background check upon contingent offer of hire
• Personality Traits: Open communicator, takes initiative, flexible, incredible with children and child development, easy going personality, and someone to become part of our family
