Full-Time Live-In or Live-Out Nanny – Columbia, MO

A loving and hands-on family in Columbia, MO, is seeking an experienced and nurturing nanny specializing in newborn care to join them long-term. The family currently has a 7-year-old daughter (who does not require care) and recently welcomed a newborn baby girl, with another baby boy due in May.

Position Details:

• Location: Columbia, MO (open to relocation candidates)
• Schedule: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM, break, return at 3:00 PM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
• Live-In or Live-Out: Both options available
  • Live-in accommodations: Private apartment above a detached garage with a full bath and kitchenette
• Travel: The nanny must be comfortable traveling with the family to Florida 1-2 times per year
• Compensation: $65,000 – $75,000+ per year depending on experience 
• Benefits: Health insurance and additional benefits provided through the family's company
• Car: A vehicle will be available for the nanny's use

Responsibilities:

• Newborn care: Bottle feeding, sleep training, and implementing developmental activities
• Following “Moms on Call” sleep schedule and parenting methods as preferred by the parents
• Assisting with establishing routines and easing transitions as the newborns grow
• General child-related household tasks, including baby laundry, bottle sanitization, and keeping nursery spaces organized
• Accompanying the family on domestic travel
• Supporting a structured and loving home environment in partnership with hands-on parents
