Job Description: Household Manager/Family Assistant
Location: The Hills, Texas
Compensation: $35–$40/hour

Monday through Thursday

Position Overview:
A busy family in The Hills, Texas, is seeking a seasoned and proactive Household Manager/Family Assistant to oversee daily household operations and ensure the home runs efficiently. The ideal candidate will be mature, bilingual (Spanish or Italian preferred), and bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to work each day. This role requires adaptability, high standards, and the ability to prioritize and manage tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grocery Coordination: Create and maintain a detailed grocery list for HEB delivery services.
• Laundry Management: Handle daily laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothing and linens.
• Tidying and Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized home between professional weekly cleaning services.
• Organization Projects: Organize and maintain drawers, closets, and storage areas as needed.
• Vendor Coordination: Schedule and communicate with service providers, including landscapers, sprinkler technicians, and pool cleaners.
• Special Projects: Execute specific household tasks such as organizing attic storage, sweeping the garage, mopping the front porch, or cleaning outdoor cushions, especially before guest visits.

Compensation:

• $35 to $40 per hour, commensurate with experience and skills.
