Nanny Needed in Boca Raton, Florida
A warm and welcoming family in Boca Raton, FL, is looking for a highly experienced, organized, and proactive nanny to care for their two children: a 2-year-old who attends school three mornings a week, and a 7-week-old baby. (They also have a two cats – who are restricted to one area of the home.) This long-term role is offering the opportunity to become a valued member of the family. Both parents work in the health field—Mom plans to return to part-time work, and Dad works from home.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, from 7:30/8:00 AM to 5:30/6:00 PM, with occasional flexibility for extra hours or Saturday date nights. Guaranteed 40-50+ hours per week. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and loving care for the children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and developmental milestones are met.
• Plan and engage in fun, educational activities that support the children’s growth and teach good manners.
• Manage children’s laundry and heating up meals for the children (no cooking, as the family maintains a kosher kitchen).
• Maintain a clean and organized environment, light tidying up & organization only (they have a housekeeper that comes 1-2x/week)

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate starting at $30-$35/hour, with consideration for higher based on experience.
• Legally paid, w-2 position.
• Benefits include two weeks of PTO, sick days, and a potential health stipend down the road.
