About the Family:
This active family of seven (parents + 5 children) seeks a dedicated and flexible Family Assistant to help manage household responsibilities. They value creativity, flexibility, and a proactive mindset. The family has two Goldendoodles, and they travel frequently. This is not a childcare role. This position requires someone who is not overly rigid but can maintain structure in a fluid environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Household Management:

   • Change bed linens every 10-14 days.
   • Maintain a tidy home, ensuring common areas like the kitchen and living room are clean and organized.
   • Handle laundry, including washing, folding, and organizing clothes.

2. Meal Preparation:

   • Prepare healthy, holistic dinners three times a week, following recipes provided by the family.
   • Assist with dinner cleanup and kitchen organization.

3. Support for Children:

   • No childcare required during the day (children are involved in activities/school).
   • Welcome children after school with prepared snacks and support their needs.

4. Pet Care:

   • Assist with light tasks related to the family’s two Goldendoodles.

5. Event and Party Planning:

   • Help with planning and organizing family events, including ordering cakes, balloons, and other essentials when needed.

6. General Flexibility:

   • Assist with additional tasks as needed, thinking creatively to solve problems and support the family’s dynamic lifestyle.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Hours: Full-time, live-out position with flexibility in arrival/departure (e.g., 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM).
• Rate: $35/hour.
