Live-in Domestic Couple

Our client in beautiful Nicholasville, KY is looking to hire a Live-in Domestic Couple (separate living in the guest home) to work Monday – Friday.  The main residence is 15,000 square feet.  

The main responsibilities include:
* Full housekeeping of the main home and 2 guest homes on the property
* Groundskeeping including lawn care, landscaping, pool care, snow removal and leaf clean up/removal
* Vehicle maintenance
* Pet care for the dog when the Principles travel
* Cooking a few times a week
* Driving and running errands

Position Responsibilities

• Housekeeping: Full Housekeeping Required
• Property Maintenance:  Outside property maintenance including lawn care, outside maintenance, leaf and snow removal etc.
• Cars: Vehicle maintenance
• Cooking: Plain Cooking Required a few night a week
• Laundry: Family Laundry
• Ironing: Yes
• Errands: 2/3 times a wk Grocery Shopping
• Driving: Required
• Travel: No Travel Required

Position Requirements

• Work Days/Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm
• Experience: 8+ Years of Experience
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background: Background check upon contingent offer of hire

Position Compensation

• Salary: $175,000 – $200,000
• Living Accommodations: Live in the guest home on the property
• Vacation: Yes (4 weeks)
• Health Insurance: Stipend towards your own plan
