**Even though this is a Live-In position, client is looking for someone local to NY!**

Candidates for this position must have prior experience and have worked at least 3-5 years in each position. Fluent English is required.

Residences are a duplex apartment in New York and a 3-story house in Greenwich, CT.
The employer resides in Greenwich from Independence Day to just after Labor Day. All of the staff go to Greenwich as well. They live in and go home on their two days off.

Work schedule:
This is a live-in position from Sunday – Thursday.
Sunday – Wednesday: Hours are 8:00. am – 9:30 pm, with a 4-hour break daily after lunch from 1 – 5 p.m. Work resumes at 5 p.m. until 9:30 p.m.
Thursday:  The schedule is from 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. with no break, then the lady’s maid leaves for her 2 days off.

Position Compensation:
Salary: $80-85K Annually, DOE, may be negotiable for the right candidate.
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation and 5 paid personal days after 1 year employment and 1 week paid year-end bonus. After 5 years there are 4 weeks of paid vacation, 5 paid personal days plus a 1-week year-end bonus.

There is no health insurance offered.

Paid holidays:
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Position Duties:

Housekeeping of Master Bedroom Suite, which includes 2 bathrooms and a Pilates exercise room.

• Make bed daily, change bed linens weekly
• Clean 2 bathrooms
• Vacuum and dust
• Clean mirrored closet doors in the dressing room
• Keep suite clean and neat at all times

Other duties:

• Care of couture clothing
• Must know how to care for all fabrics
• Steaming and pressing of clothing
• Coordinate outfits with accessories (shoes, stockings, handbag, scarf
• Organize closets
• Switch seasonal wardrobes
• Must be able to make inventory lists of clothing & cosmetics on the computer
• Shoe and boot care (bring for repair when necessary)
• Run errands
• Assist with wardrobe shopping
• Travel as needed (California, Greenwich, and possibly the UK)
• Packing and unpacking of luggage
