Job Description: Live-In Nanny/Housekeeper | McLean, VA

We are a warm and fun family based in McLean, VA, seeking an experienced and nurturing Live-In Nanny/Housekeeper to join our home. With three active children—ages 13, 11, and 4—we’re looking for someone who can step in, provide support, and help our household run smoothly.

As a stay-at-home mom and student, I’m home but need assistance managing the day-to-day activities of our busy family, especially since my husband travels frequently for work. Our current nanny has scheduling conflicts, so we’re looking for someone who can offer flexibility and step in when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Childcare & Scheduling: Help manage the daily schedules of our three children, including driving them to and from school, sports practices, and other activities. Our two older children are on travel teams, and our youngest loves outdoor adventures like trips to the park.
• Food Preparation: Assist with preparing meals and snacks when needed, ensuring the kids have healthy and balanced options.
• Light Housekeeping: Help with general household tasks, such as tidying up, laundry, and maintaining an organized space. Serve as a mother’s helper, willing to assist with the day-to-day responsibilities that I typically handle.
• Flexibility: My husband’s travel schedule can change often, so flexibility in your working hours is important. We need someone who can adapt to changes and support us where needed.
• Driving – a valid drivers license is required for this position.

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
