Housekeeper

Primaries with residences in Manhattan, NYC, Greenwich, CT, and CA are looking for a Tech-Savvy Housekeeper with excellent communication skills and a good personality to be responsible for proactively and meticulously maintaining the cleanliness of their residences in NYC. They also have properties in Greenwich, CT and in CA and the friendly reliable housecleaner will be flexible and able to work as needed primarily between the 2 NY residences and an office, and be available if needed to cover the duties at other locations if needed when the current staff is unable. It is important to be a Team-player!

Additional responsibilities will include managing the household inventory through a digital check system, laundry, ironing bed linens, and light cooking.

About the family:
2 Primaries 
2 college students, and one out of college
Familiar with the asian culture is a PLUS but not required. The Primaries are only in residence approx 5 times/year and their 3 young adults are in and out of the home.

Position Responsibilities

• Housekeeping: Full Deep Housekeeping Required
• Laundry: Yes,  As needed
• Ironing: Yes, sheets and linens

Position Requirements

• Work Hours: Monday- Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, flexibility for occasionally until 6 pm
• Flexibility to travel between Manhattan residences/office (Mid-town and along the High Line) and/or Greenwich CT, on occasion if needed, as well as CA. 
• Languages: English, Tagalog is a PLUS 
• Experience: Years of Experience
• MUST be Tech Savvy
• MUST be highly communicative and responsive to email and text in a timely matter
• MUST be a team player
• MUST be familiar with getting around the city
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire

Position Compensation

• Salary: $90K-$100K DOE plus Health Insurance options (no dental)
