About the Role: A single, mature woman in Rancho Santa Fe is seeking a full-time housekeeper/home assistant to maintain household cleanliness and assist with various personal tasks. The ideal candidate will be based in San Diego and possess a respectful, kind, and efficient demeanor, performing their duties with minimal conversation.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining overall household cleanliness
• Assisting with personal tasks as needed
• Running occasional errands (e.g., trips to the pharmacy)
• Handling laundry and organizing clothing
• Basic meal preparation and cooking
• Grabbing items and organizing around the house

Requirements:

• Must be based in San Diego
• Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role
• Ability to perform tasks efficiently and respectfully
• Good communication skills, with an emphasis on understanding and executing instructions
• Must be dependable, trustworthy, and proactive
• Flexibility to assist with various personal tasks and errands

Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week
• Flexible to work weekends if needed
