Housekeeper

A family in Cherry Hill, New Jersey is looking for a Live-In or Live-Out housekeeper to clean and maintain their 9,000 sqft home. The ideal candidate should be attentive, detail-oriented, and have previous experience in household cleaning. They will be responsible for deep cleaning, laundry, ironing, grocery shopping, light cooking, and running errands. They must be kid and pet-friendly, and able to take care of two very loving dogs! The job requires working 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday. The position is for long-term employment.
 

• Perform household cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and waste baskets
• Do laundry and iron clothing and sheets
• Dust all surfaces and molding, including window frames and baseboards
• Keep cupboards and kitchen equipment clean and tidy
• Change beds and linens and clean silverware
• Keep furniture clean and tidy
• Maintain pet areas and take care of dogs
• Run errands and do light cooking
• Keep entrances, decks, and pools clean and tidy
• Maintain garage, storage areas, and closets
• Take out trash and recycling on Mondays
• Greet vendors/maintenance providers and perform other tasks as needed to maintain the household.

Requirements:

• Must be kid-friendly and pet-friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills and the ability to be flexible
• Must have a calm personality, be knowledgeable on products and maintaining a home, and be independent and self-motivated
• Must have several years of experience and be able to provide at least two references
• Must pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
• Must be reliable, mature, and have excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday for 40 hours, must clean up after dinner, and dinner can range between 5pm-7pm

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary range between $30-$40 per hour, depending on the individual's experience
• Living accommodations provided if desired for live-in position
