Location: Flexible, with a willingness to travel between Palm Beach, Manhattan, Utah, and Beverly Hills.

Overview: A dynamic and accomplished woman seeks a seasoned and dedicated Personal Assistant to efficiently manage her varied responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating the seamless operation of her busy lifestyle, ensuring that both personal and professional aspects are meticulously organized.


  1. Schedule Management:

    • Organize and manage the principal's schedule, taking into account her frequent travels between Palm Beach, Manhattan, Utah, and Beverly Hills.
    • Regular communication with house managers at each property to coordinate activities and address any pre-arrival arrangements.
  2. Travel Coordination:

    • Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
    • Be prepared to accompany the principal to any residence at short notice to handle urgent matters.
  3. Vendor and Contractor Liaison:

    • Serve as a liaison between the principal and various vendors and contractors.
    • Oversee property-related projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to standards.
  4. Organization and Administration:

    • Create and maintain detailed lists for various tasks and priorities.
    • Regularly update files, track expenses, and manage bills.
    • Actively cross off completed items and anticipate future needs.
  5. Autonomous Decision-Making:

    • Be proactive and stay one step ahead, making decisions independently when necessary.
    • Provide assurance by confidently stating, "I've got you covered."
  6. Remote Support:

    • Work efficiently and independently, not necessarily requiring constant physical presence.
    • Provide regular updates to the principal based on agreed-upon communication schedules.
  7. Daily Communication:

    • Send daily schedules and updates.
    • Arrange and confirm reservations and appointments.
  8. Personal Care:

    • Ensure the principal can live her life without interruptions, handling tasks with discretion and confidentiality.


  • Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably working with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a dynamic schedule and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with house managers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Autonomy: Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and work independently.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using technology for scheduling, file management, and communication.
