The Estate Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the estate, as well as coordinating and supervising various staff members and service providers. 2. Staff Supervision: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a team of household staff members, including butlers, housekeepers, gardeners, and maintenance personnel. Foster a positive and efficient work environment while ensuring staff members meet performance expectations.
  3. Vendor and Contractor Management: Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, such as security providers, landscapers, and maintenance companies. Ensure service contracts are in place and that all work meets the estate's standards.
  4. Property Maintenance: Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance plan for the estate, including regular inspections, repairs, and renovations. Maintain inventories of equipment, supplies, and assets.
  5. Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and estate matters.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of estate operations, property maintenance, event planning, and security protocols.
  • Proficiency in financial management and budgeting.
  • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate various vehicles.
  • Must have the ability to travel with little notice if needed
  • Must be based in Los Angeles
