The Ideal Candidate: Client is seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join their family's household. The ideal candidate will interface with the family frequently, ensuring that the residence is impeccably maintained, organized, and welcoming. As their family operates a consulting company from the same property, this role requires a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills. If you are a warm, friendly, and organized individual who excels at hosting and maintaining a high level of household readiness, we invite you to apply! Must be able to drive. Client has 3 children, one in college, one 16yr old and 11yr old. There will be no childcare. Your contribution will be essential to ensuring their household and company operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping:

  • Perform daily housekeeping duties to maintain a pristine living environment.
  • Dusting, cleaning, and ensuring all areas are consistently in a state of readiness.
  • Keeping the house smelling fresh and pleasant.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor household inventory, replenishing supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain storage areas to maximize efficiency.
  • Run errands as required, including grocery shopping and other household-related tasks.

Client Interaction (Occasional):

  • Greet clients of the consulting company with professionalism and warmth.
  • Offer beverages and ensure a welcoming atmosphere when clients or guests are present.

Communication:

  • Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Use email to update task lists, report completed tasks, and track ongoing responsibilities.
  • Work collaboratively with other household staff members
  • Prioritize tasks based on importance and evolving needs on a weekly basis.

What Works Best for Family: The candidate is someone who will be familiar with what it means to keep a home and office spaces in guest-ready condition. They are organized, have a keen eye for detail, can multi-task, and are professional and courteous in their communication. They will also be able to communicate professionally with vendors or other staff to coordinate and ensure tasks are completed timely. Email documentation and regular reporting on status of tasks is a requirement.

Position Responsibilities

  • Housekeeping: Full Housekeeping Required,

Position Requirements

  • Work Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM M-F Can be flexible on start and end time.
  • Languages: English
  • Experience: 5 Years of Experience
  • References: Minimum of 2 References
  • Background: Pass stringent background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
  • Personality Traits: Warm, friendly, organized, professional, keen eye for detail.

Position Compensation

  • Salary: $80,000 yr + depending on experience
  • Living Accommodations: Live Out
  • Vacation:2-3 weeks PTO
  • Health Insurance: Yes
